General Trading Conditions
Prices
Prices apply for forwarding expenses portion of 11.00 EURO plus if
necessary ex factory, zzgl. within Germany collection fee. All prices
understand themselves inclusive z. time. 16 % value added tax.
With new item prices lose old prices appear their validity. Payment
Cash on delivery during supply or pre-payment. Retention of title
The commodity remains up to the complete payment our property.
Guarantee
In the legal guarantee period we reserve ourselves the right to free
rework. If the rework should fail, the legal warranty laws are
entitled to the buyer. Large requirements of the buyer, same from which argument, are
impossible. We are not responsible for damage, which did not develop
at the delivery article.
Mistakes
Mistakes and misprint we reserve ourselves expressly. All offers are

As area of jurisdiction Munich is agreed upon, it applies excluding
the right of the Federal Republic of Germany. Data security
